Our  instructor led spin with Paul Kassim is run on Tuesdays & Wednesdays at 6.30pm and Sharon Clifton on a Friday at 5.30pm. If any of the times are not showing on the calendar its means the class is fully booked! Our instructor led spin classes get booked up quickly so book early to avoid disappointment!!!
